Madison Cranford
Sustainable Agriculture Program Project Manager
Madison is a San Diego native who has returned home after completing her Bachelor degree in Environmental Studies at Brown University. Specializing in environmental inequality, she has worked with several environmental clubs and organizations to help implement equitable transformation in her local communities through education, conservation projects, and sustainable agriculture techniques.
As the SAP Support Specialist, Madison aims to utilize her background in environmental justice to help support and develop ECOLIFE’s aquaponics program; addressing systemic racial and economic issues in San Diego county that continue to perpetuate environmental inequality throughout our food system.
On the personal side, Madison is quite an active person with a passion for long walks, but generally enjoying anything that gets her outside or feeds her competitive spirit. She is also an avid reader, film photographer, and underground music enthusiast.
